Holbein Art Materials Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and ordinances and properly handles customers’ personal information.

For the acquisition of personal information, the Company limits the acquisition to the purposes of use of that personal information and conducts such acquisition by lawful and fair means.
The Company will not collect nor use personal information beyond the scope of the purposes of use without obtaining the relevant person’s agreement.

When protecting and managing personal information, the Company appoints a person responsible for management, conducts appropriate management, and thereby prevents leaks, damage, or loss of the personal data that is handled and implements the other necessary and appropriate measures for safety management (information security measures) for personal data.
In order to provide even better service to customers on this site, the Company may provide personal information, limited to the personal information that is necessary for work, to the appropriate parties to which work is consigned and that the Company selects and manages.

About provision of personal information

Depending on the type of service desired by the customer on this site, there may be cases in which the customer’s personal information is reported to third parties within the necessary scope, and whenever there is an application for use of the relevant service in such a case, the Company will provide information about the provision of information to third parties and obtain the customer’s consent (for example, notifying a sender or deliverer of the customer’s address and name for the purpose of sending materials).
The Company will not disclose the customer’s personal information to third parties in cases other than those stated above unless it obtains the customer’s consent in advance.
