This announcement is to inform our valued customers of a product replacement involving our Artists’ Pan Color Sets purchased between July 2, 2018 and September 6, 2018. This product replacement has been initiated due to the discovery of a product label mismatch for PN621 Payne’s Grey and PN582 Dioxazine Violet.

If you have purchased one of these products below between July and September, please check the lot number imprinted on the box and contact us for a correct replacement on Dioxazine Violet and Payne’s Grey.

How to locate the lot number on the Pan Color Sets

The lot number is imprinted in black on the bottom, side, or on the back of the packaging as shown in the example below.

Pan Colors were shipped and sold from July 2018 have been confirmed to be affected. The lot number with a reference mark ※ have been corrected. The open stocks are unaffected by this issue.

If the box is no longer available, the lot number is imprinted on the side of the plastic pan case as shown in the example below. Only LOT 1W for Dioxazine Violet and 4W for Payne’s Grey are affected.
